During Production Inspection
The inspected samples are selected at random, according to international standards and procedures. Prestige Project uses ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008 (AQL) as its sampling standard and acceptable level of quality.
Production Monitoring
The inspectors will monitor the production, confirm schedule, supervise the factory's internal quality control, conduct random inspections of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products and send a detailed report to you every day.
Container Loading Supervision
A simple quality check is performed before loading to verify that the product type and packing details conform to your requirements. However, it’s not as thorough as the pre-shipment inspection.
When is a suitable time to conduct a Pre-Shipment Inspection?

A Pre-Shipment Inspection is suggested to be scheduled at least 2 working days before the planned loading date, so that the buyer can have enough time to check the report and decide whether to release the shipment as planned, or to discuss corrective actions with the manufacturer.
What is the cost of a Pre-Shipment Inspection?

Our standard all-inclusive inspection cost is 268 USD/man-day (no hidden fees) in any major manufacturing clusters in Asia.

It would be great if you can send the approved sample to us before the inspection for reference. Compared with product photos or specification documents, real product samples allow our engineers to do a more thorough comparison check

Absolutely! We encourage our clients to share whether they have special requirements for the inspections, or issues that they hope the

When is a suitable time to conduct a During Production Inspection?

During Production Inspection (DPI), also known as In-Process Inspection, is performed when at least 10% of an order is completed. It can uncover problems at an earlier production stage, allowing more time for rework and correction. It also helps you supervise whether the production process is on schedule. A During Production Inspection is normally scheduled when the production is 10%-80% finished.

A Container Loading Supervision is normally applicable to the FCL (full container load) shipments. It is suggested to be performed at the factory when the goods are loaded from the warehouse into the container.

Prestige Project production monitoring can start as early as when most of the raw materials have arrived at the factory and the production has started, and it can last till all the goods have been packed into the cartons.
