What we do

Pre-Shipment Inspection
Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI), also known as Final Random Inspection, is the most common inspection type to confirm the whole shipment’s quality level. It normally requires the production to be completed and at least 80% of goods packed into cartons.

The inspected samples are selected at random, according to international standards and procedures. Prestige Projects LTD uses ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008 (AQL) as its sampling standard and acceptable level of qualit
During Production Inspection
During Production Inspection (DPI), also known as In-Process Inspection, is performed when at least 10% of an order is completed. It can uncover problems at an earlier production stage, allowing more time for rework and correction. It also helps you supervise whether the production process is on schedule.

Production Monitoring
For your important or time-sensitive productions,Prestige Projects LTD’s inspector can stay at the factory throughout the production for weeks or months.

The inspectors will monitor the production, confirm schedule, supervise the factory's internal quality control, conduct random inspections of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products and send a detailed report to you every day.
Container Loading Supervision
During Container Loading Supervision (CLS), the Prestige Projects LTD inspector monitors the loading process, checks product quantity & container condition, and ensures the proper handling of your cargo.

A simple quality check is performed before loading to verify that the product type and packing details conform to your requirements. However, it’s not as thorough as the pre-shipment inspection.
